Who is the Music Artist? The artist of the album cover is Tyler the Creator, an American rapper and singer-songwriter.

What Genre of music is the Album? The genre of music for Tyler the creator 'Call Me If You Get Lost" album is hip-hop/rap and spoken word.

What Visuals are depicted on the album cover? On the album cover, there is a turquoise license or travel ID that appears to belong to Tyler, the Creator. The license features typography that indicates the owner's name, date of birth etc. Surrounding the turquoise license, there are images of black stars scattered throughout the borders

What do you think these visuals “mean” or represent? I believe Tyler, The Creator used these visuals to express the themes of travel and self-discovery that are found in his "Call Me If You Get Lost" album. The design, styled like a license or travel ID, reinforces the concept of "Mr. Baudelaire," Tyler The Creator's alter ego, who embarks on a journey of luxury, freedom, and self-reflection. Moreover, the official stamp highlights movement, adventure, and identity.

Annations

What creative media techniques did you use? The creative media technique I used was photography. We took pictures of our classmates in a studio with bright lighting to achieve the photos.

What software did you use? How? Why? After we finished taking the photos, we needed to edit them using the software "Lightroom" and "Photoshop." First, we imported the images into Lightroom to change their colour to black and white. Then, we watched a tutorial on how to edit the photos like Luis "Pancho" Perez using Photoshop. The tutorial taught us various editing techniques, such as creating square boxes around the images, cutting out elements from the main photo, and adding shadows within the picture.

What did you struggle with? I struggled the most with the Photoshop section because it was challenging to grasp at first. However, after re-watching the tutorial and editing my photos step by step alongside it, I began to understand it better. The tutorial helped me to understand the process fully.

Why did I choose these types of layouts for my album? I chose these two different layouts to juxtapose them with one another. The first layout features a soft, girly design to evoke a feminine and cute vibe. In contrast, the second layout takes on a more goth-inspired, emo aesthetic vibe. For the feminine cover, I chose bright colours like pink, blue, and light purple, while for the emo design, I chose more darker colours like dark blue and black.
