Masking
Masking is an editing technique where you hide or show parts of a video using a shape or path. It's like cutting a hole in one video to show the other behind it.
What stages did I go through? To create my first Masking, I first had to go into Adobe Premiere Pro and place the video I wanted to mask on top of the video I was going to reveal. I then selected the first video (top one), and went to the "Effect controls" panel and selected the pen tools under "Opacity". I then drew a mask over the entire video, adjusting the edges and making it smaller to reveal the video underneath it.
The masking was quite challenging for me. To improve on it, I would practise adjusting the edges to make the reveal cleaner and smoother.
